NiruCart is a Print on Demand (POD) store where every product is custom-printed after you place an order. We offer trendy, high-quality t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories designed to match your style.

Currently, our designs are pre-made, but we do plan to add custom personalization options soon.

We accept secure online payments via:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• UPI

• Net Banking

• Wallets

• (International orders: PayPal or supported gateways)

Q5: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
At present, COD is not available since all items are custom-printed.

• India: 6–10 business days (2–4 days production + 4–6 days shipping).

• International Orders: 12–21 business days, depending on location & customs.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Additional customs duties/taxes may apply in some countries.

Since our products are made to order, returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Contact us at help@nirucart.com with your order ID and product photos within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review and approve eligible requests.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing. After production starts, cancellation is not possible.

We ensure 95–100% match with mockups, but slight variations in color/print may occur due to screen settings and print process.
