At NiruCart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we operate on a Print on Demand (POD) model, every product is made individually after an order is placed. As a result, our return and refund process is slightly different from traditional retail.
Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and provide replacements only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged or defective product.
The product you received is different from what you ordered (wrong size, design, or color).
The print quality is poor or incorrect due to a manufacturing error.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or custom products (as they are made just for you).
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Items returned without prior approval from our support team.
Provide your order number, issue details, and clear photos of the product.
Our team will review and approve the request if eligible.
You may be asked to ship the product back (if required). Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after we inspect the returned item or verify the issue.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of replacement, you will receive a new product at no additional cost.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing the order.
Once printing/production starts, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
6. International Orders
For international customers, return & refund eligibility remains the same, but shipping times for replacements may vary. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
