All products sold on NiruCart are Print on Demand (POD) and made to order.

4. Orders & Payments
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s).
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
All payments must be made through secure payment gateways listed on our Site.
In case of payment failure or suspicious activity, the order may be cancelled.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Once production starts, no changes or cancellations will be allowed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with Qikink & trusted logistics providers to ship orders.
Delivery timelines vary based on location (refer to our Shipping Policy).
NiruCart will not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or events beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Since products are custom-made, returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (refer to our Refund & Return Policy).
Refunds will be processed after verification, within 7–10 business days.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, content, and product artwork on NiruCart are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
No material may be copied, reproduced, or resold without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
NiruCart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Site or products.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
10. International Users
Users outside India are responsible for complying with their local laws, taxes, and import duties.
